Say NO to physician assistants & ARNPs being given the power to initiate involuntary examinations

Somebody please save Florida from this domestic terrorism! Floridians are being denied of basic human, civil, and fundamental rights, and the worst is when such laws allow those in charge to exploit and hurt children.

I am against involuntary commitment, if someone need help, himself or his family should seek for professional help on a voluntary basis...

No one should be allowed to initiate involuntary examinations. This should only be allowed by a court.

Involuntary commitment is already at outrageous numbers and should never have been allowed in the first place.

This bill needs to be stopped as it would increase the 1000s of people including children who are Baker Acted (involuntarily committed) in Florida and put on harmful psychotropic drugs! Regular people who are not a harm to themselves or others are Baker Acted who get their insurance companies billed minimally for 3 days which is outright fraud!

Eliminate all types of psychiatric and psychological involuntarily commitment programs!! The intent of these programs as pushed by psychiatry and psycology from the lobbist to the media, to the medical professions to the universities are only to make both blood and drug money off of the unaware public that these psychiatrists and psychologists and teachers who teach these professions intend to make. They constantly take the world of people who are uninformed all around them as nothing more than a bunch of idiots who are easy too fool into getting the person to agree and sign away his happiness and life over to these institutions, just so both the teachers and doctors of psychology and psychiatry can make both blood and drug money off of them and leaving the public with shattered hopes, dreams and false promises after lying to the patients personal life matters. It is all done with the lies that the public is mentally sick in attempt to make both blood and drug money off of the general public at large. DO NOT trust a doctor of any sorts who pushes this so called technology called psychiatry and psychology. They are supporting the making of blood and drug money when the doctors in the medical profession push this rule of a patient needing to be treated by a psychiatrist and psychologist against their will. The game of psychiatry and psychology on the propaganda of supposedly healing the world with their molesting and raping ways on making money is NO different than that of your typical drug cartel or sex trades and porn propagandas in the world.

I am completely against this rule and so called law. I strongly oppose the so called authorities who enforce it which is their breeding injustice and lies only to make both blood and drug money off the uninformed public that can not understand them. To those that are unaware of these lies, the so called psychiatrists and psychologists look at you all like you are stupid. Honestly you are not! Get the facts! You deserve the truth that these so called doctors are lying too you about in attempt to make both blood and drug money off of your lives and that of your families and friends. I know because being a widowed man at 30 my first wife was lied too and because of those lies, given to her by the so called psychiatrist and psychlogists, my first wife had suffered a heart attack for 8 hours in the hospital and she lost all of her teeth at the age of 29 years old because of these drugs that were suggested to her by her psychiatrist and psychologist who did NOTHING to help her with her problems concerning her first marriage. I lost my first wife 19 days after she and I got married. Do not make the same mistake as my late wife did. Get in touch with Citizen's Commission on Human Rights and their website is www.cchr.org. Involuntary commitment is already out of control and being abused, especially on children - over 31,000 in 2014 alone! Giving even more people the ability to do so would only worsen the situation.

I am not in favor of giving physician assistants or ARNPs the power to initiate a Baker Act in Florida.
