We pay enough in mortgage and HOA fees, to not have our property treated like a public apartment complex or a downtown city street!

Please don’t implement this policy. I suggest that you reserve the parking for residents only issuing them free stickers for their cars- 4 per famil plus reusable guest passes. Then signs that say parking reserved for residents only- others will be towed.

Parking already sucks for me and my roommates. When friends come over they’re having to park too far as it is. We pay enough for rent. No Meters! No Toll Booths! No limitations!

Absolutely agreed. Westmoore residents should not pay to park in their own neighborhood. It should simply be a permit only zone for all residential parking where violators are towed at owner’s expense. Also NO toll booths in the residential area.

We should not have to pay for parking where we live just because others cannot follow the rules for the metro. This is an adverse impact to residents with no real benefit to our HOA.

I say no to parking meters in west Moore residential area where the residents already pay a metro tax. This a family oriented community and bringing this metro to this area is such a high risk to our community.
This metro is taking away west Moore privacy, and safety as well as limited parking for the residents.
We should not have to pay more money in parking meters. The parking garage attached to the metro should have a fee for parking and allow metro to benefit from that.
I feel safe and protected now, but once the metro opens to the general public allowing every and anyone to park in this community, this will take away that safety and privacy.
West Moore residents pay so much money in having these homes built, property tax, metro tax, etc, and to have yet another added fee is not right.
Please reconsider putting parking meters in west Moore community and help preserve our privacy and safety for our families.
Thank you

Metered Parking in a residential community ??? i didnt sign up for this while buying the townhome. There will be no privacy and community will be a parking lot for metro station. Please dont turn this community to a parking lot and let us keep this community healthy. Big NO for Parking meters in westmoore.

Even though we are renters, I think this is the most ridiculous idea ever. We have two teenage children (both with cars), so we have four cars total that won't fit into the garage. Parking meters in a residential neighborhood is not the answer. If the county is worried about parking the should have thought about that before bringing the metro to Ashburn. They can build a garage, or expand the commuter lot, but NO PARKING METERS IN WESTMOORE!
