I can simply say much taught has not gone into such a project, and therefore causing a lot of pressure on Guyanese people. I strongly believe it should be removed.

It's ridiculous and not affordable, we barely scrape home a little 70k a month then to pay almost 50k on parking fee!!!!!

It's obvious that very little thought went into this project. Most of us are struggling with the cost of everyday living and owning a vehicle is not a luxury anymore. Most of us would not get to work if we had to depend on public transportation so we scrape just to afford the cheapest vehicle we could.

The parking meter implementation process should have been more transparent. The cost needs to match the income of the average Guyanese and a larger percent should be going back to the country.
