No study was done to make a case for this burden on citizens capacity to pay these exorbitant fees. They can reduce the fees for long periods incrementally.

This contract was not tendered, no consultations with residents, too burdensome and not needed. Cancel contract now.

Its too expensive for the working people...its guyana we are living in and cost of living is high already! Most people barely make ends meet for their family with their salary....and now this! Its like we are moving down the ladder than climbing up! The economy cant afford this huge project of the government!

There needs to be more transparency in this project and the guyanese people need to benefit from this in some way. A review by the transparency committee of guyana needs to be done as well as a feasibility study.
