We don't need this! The fines and time allotted to pay the fines are rediculous! No where in the world does it cost so much, most countries give you 21 days to pay the fine, it can also be appealed. I won't even comment on the rates.

Poor timing, poor engagement with citizens. Very bad for businesses and it's another tax on a young population and penalties are harsh.

The implications of the implementation of this burden on an already heavily taxed population was neither properly considered nor rolled out. The negative impact on the viability of business will constrain economic growth & development with concomitant social & political consequences.

For 1 hour the company collects $228. city council only gets $40. why don't the council manage the project and let the citizens pay that amount to them. they're using the city constabulary to enforce the bylaws as it is,so they can continue to use them at no extra cos and i'm sure everyone can afford that..
