Allow Cleaners to Dispose Garbage from Overnight Rentals at Convenience Centers in County Limits of Sevierville Without Extra Fees

The fees are becoming over bearing especially in this declining market.

Not a good idea. How are you going to charge the cleaners this fee? I’m guessing somebody wants to see this beautiful county filled up with disgusting trash bins. Because if this happens, there will be a lot of cleaners. That will not be servicing this area. And you tell me what guest or tourist wants to see this.

Sevierville Tennessee is going to tax and feel there self write out of business if there not real careful politics are shutting down the smokies trust me owners and guest will find some we're to go

Stop making it more expensive for cabin owners to run their businesses in Sevier county.

This proposal would only hurt the very industry that supports Sevier County!

I agree. Finding a place to dump trash from our rentals is difficult. This is a challenge. Mostly consider how our schedule looks with 4 turn properties, with each property having bags and bags of trash that may not fit in our vehicle and the local dump is closed by the time our work is finished. I am disappointed that our tax dollars and the money made by the tourists coming to stay here is not used for trash pick up. You really need a local trash service or a place we can dispose the trash. Put yourself in our shoes. What if you did not have a single cleaning company here to keep the rentals clean?

This proposal is absurd, and arguably unenforceable. It is a major waste of time and tax revenue to try this plan.

Paying higher taxes. We cabin owners should be allowed to use the services!

We bring in revenue. Please do not punish the cleaners.

We’re having to now pay higher taxes so should get more for our money.

We own a cabin and are closing on a second. If the taxes and fees continue to rise we will back out of our purchase.

This is an outrage for a town built on tourism to turn against it so swiftly. Without cleaners and cabin owners you would not have the most visited national park in America.

As a property owner who pays property taxes(which recently more than doubled) and a business owner who generates five figures in business taxes for the city, county, and state, I feel that this increased burden is an incredible slap in the face

I am a small business owner that cleans cabins I do not think it’s fair that the county is limiting where we can dump the trash to only one location. Also with Sundays being the busiest day of the week for all Cabin Cleaning if the county is going to charge money then they should use the money to be open on Sundays and holidays as well

We are barely making a living as it is. We can't afford anymore expenses
