The 40% increase in tax makes it difficult to cash flow. Please do not add to our financial burdens with more fees. Thank you!

I'm a cleaner here in Sevier County and already struggle enough making it on time to dump trash depending on where I am, and there aren't any open on Sunday (busiest cleaning day usually) besides one in Gatlinburg that I have found. Big resorts should have dumpsters in them, like Legacy Mountain Resort, Sherwood, etc.

Not ok. We work our buttons off everyday to make a living cleaning up after people. It's not our trash why is this punishing us. We just have to clean it up. At least we are taking to the dump and not just leaving it wherever we want.

This is bull. It's not even our trash. It's the owners trash and guets trash my owner won't pay extra for this and that's half of some of my cleans I won't be making enough to even cover gas to drive an hour out there. This is going to cause so many people to just dump on the side of the road and it's just going to turn into chaos. Just watch.

If you are going to operate as a tourist town then garbage centers need to be open year round

You really need to do something different than this!

We pay plenty in taxes to support the centers. It appears leaders are forgetting who signs their paychecks.

I’m a cabin cleaner, we need another landfill! I also think paying to dump trash is the craziest thing! Our jobs are hard and we put a lot way to much money to make it day by day to have to pay for something else.

Cleaners also face the increasing issue of traffic. If they do not have access to multiple convenience center locations, they lose time getting from one job to the next. Therefore, they will have to decrease the number of cleans they have in a day. This will not only impact their bottom line, but homeowners may be left to find another cleaner which is already almost impossible to find. Once this happens, the larger tourism industry in town will be impacted. Please help support the hard working people who truly keep the industry flowing.

This is ridiculous.. The owners are already paying enough as it is! Stop bleeding every nickel that you think you can or this town will become a ghost town! Just like the town I moved from back in Kentucky!

so the 15% tax increase wasn't enough? the 12% sales tax isn't enough? the number 1 visited national park in the country, all those tourist eating, sleeping, playing, paying sales tax on everything, that's not enough either? when will this greed stop? when people stop coming? as a tax paying citizen of Sevierville, my cleaner should be allowed to take the trash to the dump....IM ALREADY BEING TAXED FOR IT!
