Allow Cleaners to Dispose Garbage from Overnight Rentals at Convenience Centers in County Limits of Sevierville Without Extra Fees

We are already paying a lot in taxes not to mention advertising fees to bring people in total town which also increases country and city revenue.

My husband is a resident and we own 5 cabins in Sevier County, keep our parents is clean and allow ANYONE to responsibly dump trash!!!!!

The county benefits greatly from our investments and the massive amount of taxes.

Owners already pay taxes to properly use trash facilities further charging them is unjust its no different than charging people that live in the county to dispose of trash. This needs to be addressed and a halt put to further charging owners that already pay to use this service.

I’m not paying to dump guest trash

We shouldn’t have to pay to dump our garbage are the people we work for it’s all about money, our trash is never been a problem before, but now it a problem

I own a cleaning company and have for 15 years. I am not paying for trash to be taken to the collection site. I pay my taxes and that is included in that as do all of my owners of cabin

Allow our cleaners to use the convenience centers

I sign this as an owner of vacation rental properties and as a soon-to-be Sevier County resident and voter.

No problem if cleaners are loading truck loads of garbage but our cleaner is bringing two bags. Need to allow this to continue. Would be a nightmare of traffic on Ridge Road.

The idea of having a central garbage disposal for rental cabins is ludicrous. These cabins bring an enormous amount of income to the county as well as the taxes the Owners pay. Someone is being very narrow minded here. Who came up with this asinine idea?

It is reprehensible that with all of the tax dollars brought in by cabins you punish both the cleaners and the owners by making trash disposal a ridiculous difficulty. What are you thinking? I’m thinking greed is behind this.

Use the hike in property taxes to pay for the convenience center costs!

STR owners and their property management/cleaners help o bring in revenue and this change will hurt both their bottom lines.
