Please help us residence at Muirtack to fight the quarry again after being refused by the council the first time and then refused by the government. Chap have proposed a new access road coming in from the A952 Toll of Birness to Mintlaw road which it’s near the large lay-by. This means an increase of traffic at the Toll of Birness not forgetting how close this quarry would be to a number of properties.
