Absolutely not happening. .needs to be located elsewhere. I'm from Ringsend. The sewage plant down there cost millions of pounds and still smells terrible in the warm weather conditions and the increase of traffic is terrible. .so all the promises and guarantees are all false. .people power NOW. .

Newbury, Clonshaugh 100% NO, this is a built up and densely populated residential area so this is not acceptable, the residents long or short term deserve to live there without concern for their health and wellbeing of themselves and their families.
