This area is highly populated and growing! Other locations with lower population should be considered. I understand that the treatment standards proposed are not at the top level....this is of serious concern for portmarnock beach.

This is a ridiculous location for a sewage plant. There are one th of less densely populated areas. Why are these injustices always inflicted on the poorer communities? You wouldn't see this in Donnybrook!
