It is not right area to have modular housing at 57 the Ave and Heather. U gugs put our kids ' life in danger. There are two big schools at this area. Over thousands kids passing this area. And here is high residential area and a park. It can create more crime. I strongly oppose to have a modular housing here. Thanks!

Enough is Enough ! Stop the RAPING OF MARPOLE , while the City has been assiduous in prettying areas like Point Grey and Arbutus corridor (which should be the site for the Skytrain, instead of destroying one of the prettiest - global scale - urban Boulevard. All potential riders of Canada Line and buyers of Cambie Corridor condos would be affected. PUT THE so-called/misnamed Temporary ( 5 plus 5 years) to places like a) Arbutus Corridor b) City Hall EMPTY/under-used Carparks c) Point GREY SHORE LINE areas d) any and all still-to be developed commercial and residential areas ALL OVER METRO VANCOUVER, not JUST in long=suffering Marpole area.

I’m all for helping anyone get through the cold winter. But it’s unacceptable to bring any dangerous elements right next to an elementary school. This was not well thought out.

Only the numbskulls at City Hall would think it's a good idea to put a modular housing unit for homeless people right beside an elementary school. Put safety of children first! And what, no consultation process again?? So sick of the arrogance from City Hall. Enough already.

We oppose the plan if building shelter from homeless in the maypole neighbourhood close to Laurier elementary school. As it is the neighbourhood is extremely disturbed by criminal activities. It’s not safe to the kids to be around the homeless.

Too close to three schools in the vicinity, two of which are elementary schools.
