As a resident of Marpole for 30+ years I believe we should have been consulted before making a decision for homeless housing to be built in close proximity to an elementary and high school.

I fullheartedly OPPOSE the construction and housing of this housing unit for the homeless so close to the schools. What is the mayor thinking?? Clearly not about the kids and families in the area. Trying to make a quick buck? That's what I'm thinking. I'm not paying such high taxes to fund this operation. Please STOP this project.

This site on 57th is for homeless and is to be placed across from three schools and a senior home. The site on main is for low income away from schools and seniors. There is no comparison. Safety for our vulnerables are at risk.

There are so many other places that the government can choice to make the housing for those ppl who needed help, however, they should put the safety of the people around the area as prioty, they shouldnt build a modular housing anywhere around any school area, doesnt matter if its elemetry/ highscool/ or college
