Concern for kids' safety!!! It is a peaceful neighborhood for people to choose to live their generations. There are high school and elementary school right there. Don't think it is suitable place to build .

Totally wrong location. My kids go to churchill and we live close by. Already had a homeless drug addict break into my backyard and garage and causevextendive damage which I had to pay for. I’m
Already worried about drugs on high school - why make digs even more accessible by setting up housing for homeless and druggies and mental ill people right near 3 schools? Put site on vacant chevron sites instead of making those chevron floors onto community gardens!! So passed off at city for bad choice of location!

The municipal government should take care of the homeless in a vigilant and sensible way. What is the best way to reach out to this population that need much supervision and social service at the same time taking the seniors in the care home, the pensioners who live in this area for all their lives and the young families into consideration? Will this move create more social problems which may be caused by the bad government policies or will it add more problems to the existing problems which one day the government will declare out of control to build up good reasons for more "harm reduction" policies. Remember: poor people and the homeless are not there for the government to use as a political football. Voters will not be fooled. We will see from the next municipal election.

We have seen modular housing in other areas of the City, including some close to workplaces and also close to the neighbourhood where we live. But there are significant safety concerns and risks with placing it so close to our schools.

Instead of building a park at the corner of Heather & Kent Ave, why not build the modular housing there? It will be closer to the CanadaLine and shopping while being away from the schools.

Schools and community centre in tha vicinity and many seniors who are vulnerable with transient people living in the modular housing. This is not a good area for a his kind of housing.
