I don't think this is a good environment for them and for the children,because there are no facilities for them for example no clinics.Also some of these homeless people are dog users which creates unsafe and unhealthy environment for the kids.

Stop wasting money on people who refuse to contribute to society. You knuckle draggers are showing the kids at these 3 schools that its okay to be lazy, take drugs, and let the honest taxpayers pay for everything.

There has to be a more well-thought out location than one that's literally steps from schools. While I understand the challenges of finding the right location, choosing this location without resident consultation and input is lazy and dishonest. I expect better from our city.
