No to McDonalds in Tervuren for 4 good reasons:
1. Not a healthy option for children of the 4 schools close by.
2. The likely increased litter of one-off plastic use in the park and surrounding area.
3. The increased traffic on a road that has recently experienced 5 serious accidents.
4. The damage it will do to local businesses already suffering due to the Corona pandemic.

I find it absolutely shocking that you would put a McDonald's in front of two secondary schools. Obesity and type 2 diabetes is on the increase and this type of establishment should be banished. We need to educate young people to eat healthily and not promoting junk food.

This is not good as not only will it cause traffic pollution it will cause waste pollution. Children From the schools will eat unsatisfying, unhealthy food for lunches and will spend a fortune doing so.

This is not the life style I would like to support in a beautiful environment such as Tervuren. One of the places where nature, contact and quality food, amongst others, can still mean something.
