There is so many negative impact a McDonalds would bring in this area.
1) completely ruin the children’s of the 4 schools in close proximity’s health who are especially vulnerable at the growing stage.
2) destroy the environment of the park nearby, we will see McDonalds litter everywhere.
3) we would take income away from the local producers which bring more sustainable and healthy alternatives.
4) it would ruin the scenery, not fitting in with the other buildings and lowering the value of houses nearby.
5) it would bring more traffic to a already problematic road, causing more incidents which could put the students all around in danger.

A McDonalds must not be built here as it will pose a serious health threat to students from BSB and GIRO who will find it easy to get a McDonald meals.

This is an awful idea. We need to support small business in Tervuren and not support transnational multimillion dollar companies which will pollute the calm area where 4 schools lie and as well as destroy children’s health.

As a student myself I find this terrible. A McDonalds near the park will pollute and bring too much crowding. Plus not to mention this will be extremely unhealthy for student all around the area. There are 4 schools near as far as I know. The spot where a McDonalds wants to build could make a nice spot for a small cafe, something quaint and healthy which will not corrupt the students’ health or create chaos . A McDonalds would attract every student creating a big opportunity for chaos and bad behaviour which could impact the schools’ reputation.

Vind persoonlijk dat mensen zelf moeten kiezen wat ze al/dan niet wensen te eten....maar laat ons zeggen dat, op zijn zachtst uitgedrukt, de locatie verre van ideaal is. In de kortste keren restafval op alle mogelijke plekken in een omgeving die als locatie, nu al toch wel veel te verduren heeft

Please Promote local restaurants and shops. They are doing great and let's keep it like that
Will create much noise and traffic in Tervuren centre
It will attract groups of people and increase insecurity in Tervuren centre and in the park. Especially when late closure is allowed

I think it's incredibly shirt sighted to allow a fast food restaurant so close to schools. This should not be permitted. The local authority need to make decisions in the best interest of all residents' health and wellbeing.

McDonalds zo dicht bij 4 scholen is onverantwoord. De boodschap van gezonde voeding wordt hierdoor ondermijnd. Kan niet toegelaten worden als de gemeente wil investeren in de gezondheid van de kinderen.
Daarenboven zal de verkeershinder op die lokatie nog veel erger worden en brengt dit een risico op enorme vervuiling in de buurt en het park.
