We hope that Governor Herbert will see the consequences of mask mandates and stripping parental rights of raising their children as they see fit. This is something that MUST be our choice.

I'm signing for freedom, though that is important. I'm a mom and feel this is bad medicine - the children and teachers will suffer - they'll touch their faces MORE and health will go DOWN, not up. Common sense is better than all the "experts" in the world. Best intentions aside mandating masks just won't work.

Yesterday I went to lunch at Zupa's. The girl who was preparing food, used her gloved hand to grab the front of her mask, right on the nose/mouth area to push it back up, then didn't change her gloves. This is why no one should be wearing masks, especially children.
I watched this happen multiple times by several different workers. This is a huge part of why masks don't work and it's most likely going to spread it faster.
In addition, this disease is not preening to be as fatal as was originally predicted.
None of this makes any sense!

Parents and children should be the ones to decide if they want to wear a mask. It absolutely should not be mandated. A long school day wearing a mask for a child will be child abuse. Not to mention the mental and psychological issues this will also create. Restricting oxygen from a developing brain is horrible and could cause fainting spells, injury and possibly brain damage. Trusting a child to not fidget and play with their mask is a joke in itself. Teachers have enough to do all day without adding the policing of masks. Touching their mask would build up more germs and bacteria and will increase their chance if getting sick. Then their are the kids with sensitive skin like my son who suffers with eczema which this would aggravate and make worse. With broken open skin he is then exposed and at a greater risk of getting staph infections like MRSA. I’ve lived through that hell several times with the last time my husband going through VANCO treatments for 6 weeks. No thank you for that for that increase of risk. My other son gets horrible migraine headaches. The last thing he should be doing is decreasing his oxygen. He wore a mask for 30 minutes at the doctors a couple months back and guess what it triggered a headache. Kids are not the spreader of this disease it’s the adults that it is passing this around. Go research several studies that scientists are doing on this in other countries and you will find this to be true.
