A pavilion for 65+ people is clearly not favored, and a compromise is easy: a smaller pavilion for 25 people is suitable and acceptable. See David Trompeter's suggestions.

The plan for this simple quiet play park has taken on a life that is unsuitable to the residents it was intended to serve. The city received a gift and now is trying reap $$$ for their pockets, rather than provide a reasonable, useable green space for enjoyment!!

A large pavilion is inappropriate for such a small park located so closely to surrounding homes and neighborhoods. In addition will disturb the flow of traffic and peace of homeowners.

Too large a pavilion proposed for the space.

Pavilions belong in the Central Park.

Logan Park is a very small park. Logan will be our ONLY park in Ward 3. Think kickball on grass instead of more asphalt! Our Chesterfield neighbors don’t want a massive asphalt parking lot for huge 65 person party rental pavilion. Please build a smaller 25 person “occasional rental use” pavilion. Then scatter additional “individual use” picnic tables and charcoal grills around the park for separate WALK IN use! A playground is always a great idea. Replace the larger parking lot with Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball and Cornhole courts! Thank You.

Since this will be a small, "pocket" park, the emphasis should be on green space and nature, not on a pavilion and parking for a multitude of cars. A pavilion of that type would not enhance what is already a lovely area. A playground and picnic area would be a great fit for this location. My family is looking forward to enjoying a small, beautiful neighborhood park with an emphasis on nature and green space.

Schoettler Park should focus on local, children's needs....

This is a very bad idea. Please consider the importance of maintaining the peaceful nature of Schoettler Road.

Please do not erect a large shelter that will allow for large gatherings and parties in our neighborhood park.

Frequent large gatherings would destroy the neighborhood.
