It is unconscionable that a company who slogan is “Be an outdoors person” would sell land for development when there is so little green space remaining. Do not violate Freeport town charter for the best interest of corporations not people and the environment.

Our family has twice moved from states where over development crippled quality of life. To see Freeport be threatened by it is so sad. We thought we found our forever home......

I support the towns current comprehensive plan written to preserve the rural character of the town and allow revitalizing the village center. I support LL Beans goals related to the shared joy of the outdoors. Building 7 homes per acre on a wooded rural lot seems to contradict that joy of the outdoors objective.

The Town of Freeport needs to stop allowing outside engineering firms & developers to rewrite the Ordinances that the townspeople have put in place to protect the residents from the very issue we are facing right now!

This large scale plan does not align with the Town of Freeport Comprehensive Plan nor does it seem to be in the Town's best interests. I urge the Planninng Board to reject KV Enterprises' requests for zoning amendments. Thank you for your careful consideration.

I urge our Freeport Planning Board to reject this zone change and development request from KV Enterprises. It is out of scale for our town’s character, services, and capabilities. This is not a NIMBY reaction, but a request that we appreciate all that makes Freeport a true community. Thank you, board members.
