beautiful gardens and trees, must be mad if you want to see a car park there instead, as for the traffic, a no brainer, too close to the roundaout, the turning to the Alders and where the 119 and 194 come out. really dont think it should be so close to the local primary school either, Fridays are bad enough at Mc Donalds with parents taking their children in for a 'treat'!!!!!!!!

This site would be great for a family friendly gastro pub. It has great potential for a kids play area in the garden. Hopefully a developer with the right idea will come forward and sane it from being a drive-thru !

how can this be passed when it will obviously cause traffic chaos to an already very busy area??

We already have one KFC in the High St. These plans affect trees with preservation orders on them. There would be increased pollution with the increased traffic, litter ( we already experience this in litter dropped in the area). Traffic at the roundabout is already heavy. Noise pollution would increase, particularly in the later hours. Traffic at Monks Orchard is already frequently a crawl and a drive through here would add to it. We have an increasing number of fast food outlets in the area which don't add to the community.. This area is chosen to live in because it is peaceful, this includes the beautiful woods that provide a barrier against the traffic noise. Having lived here for 20 years, this is absolutely not what the community needs. No to KFC

There is enough traffic along that road at he best of times, without causing more congestions and delays. There are more than enough food establishments in West Wickham as it is and its such a lovely area. This will spoilt the look of the area, create mess and cooking smells. It just isnt the right place to site a KFC!
Just no , it's not needed ,
i strongly oppose this as west Wickham is a safe clean community and I feel a kfc is not needed. Extra cars, rubbish etc.
Will ruin a good town.
