I live a minutes walk for the site and know from previous experience of the negative traits that come with living near a fast food place, they produce litter, smells and increased traffic to name a few + there's one down the road...!!

KFC should not be allowed to destroy the woodland. We do not need a KFC drive thru and where I live the Rioja garden is right by my house I do not want to see or smell KFC through the house! So much nature is in that woods aswel as the cats that live down this road.

this is the last thing we need in westwickham, it will lower our house price, create mess on our streets, and the traffic will be a joke.

No need for another drive through in West Wickham. This town used to be lovely butte becoming like lewisham fast. All charity shops and fast food. This has to be stopped. It's not right to have a junk food outlet so close to a school. And not to mention it will become an accident hotspot and litter everywhere just like the McDonald's 800 meters away.

We already have a KFC two minutes up the road, so why do we need another one ? Just plain stupid ! Use the location for something worthwhile.

Terrible idea on an already busy junction. Children will be at great risk when crossing the road after school.

We do not need another KFC in West Wickham - especially on the roundabout where it is already busy

I am against this proposal, we have plenty of fast food up the high street, and would much prefer this nice spot to provide a family restaurant making use of the gardens out back.

Traffic-wise, environmental-wise, suitability-wise this is so wrong.

NO - do not want a drive thru KFC nor any other fast food chain. As it is the existing KFC has a horrendous cooking fat smell in the vicinity. There will be even more rubbish in the roads and there will be even more congestion at an already bad spot.

We are for ever being told of a housing crisis, why are we even thinking of building more take away restaurant when clearly people need home. this is an ideal plot for affordable housing, we do not need two KFCs

Totally against the idea, this will have a huge impact on our quality of life, we live in a ground floor flat and our bedroom is at the front of the property - the noise, traffic, litter is a massive concern for us. You only need to look at the carpark next to Carpet Right on a weekend - fully of KFC litter and youths sitting in their cars. It really worries me that this type of Anti-social behaviour could be moved to outside my property. At least at present it's contained to a non-residential area which is a private carpark and does not impact on other members of the pubic.

Apart from the fact I think it would be sacrilege to use that building for a fast food outlet, the site is too close to a very busy roundabout. Judging by the chaos MacDs causes, I cant see how this can even be contemplated here.

Too near the roundabout on a blind bend.

there are so many reasons that this would be wrong. surely it is obvious that this would cause traffic chaos and danger to anyone negotiating the roundabout. The bin area would bring rats, which would in turn be detrimental to the woodland that KFC feel the are allowing the community to use.

Will cause too much traffic in an already congested area and it certainly isn't needed!
