1. Another fast food outlet is not needed in West Wickham. As stated by so many before, WW is inundated with places to get foo, including an existing KFC. 2. It is a beautiful building and it would be a travesty to turn it into a KFC.

No to kfc at the La Rioja site in West Wickham! it is too close to a primary school, and as recommended in Lord Darzi's Report commissioned by Boeis Johnson...fast food outlets near svhools negatively impact on obesity levels in children. Not to mention there are some vulnerable adults at Bethlem Royal Hospital which is also very close by. In addition, the increased traffic, and litter will negatively impact upon the local environment. I have nothing against KFC in a suirable location such as a High Street ( of which West Wickham already has one), but the proposed location is unsuitable fir the reasons I gave given here.
