This will spoil a lovely spot which has so much beautiful history. It will cause traffic chaos in an already problematic spot and will bring West Wickham downhill fast!

It would be completely inappropriate for these plans to go ahead. With schools being so close, you will only be encouraging children to eat unhealthy food. This would also have a significant impact on the local residents not only in the immediate area but across West Wickham too.

This can't be allowed to go ahead this site is not suitable. Let already let a garden grab on Monks Orchard another planning application they shouldn't have allowed.

unrealistic expectations of location, directly onto an extremely busy road/roundabout. The litter and noise and traffic disruption caused to residents has not been thought through enough. Please stop this before it is too late.
with the drive through McDonald's just down the road this would be totally unacceptable and unnecessary
