What about the environmental impact for the sake of quicken chicken? What about the increased traffic at an already busy junction/roundabout. What about the additional fumes and rubbish? Its not like the main road there - it narrows down and will just be an eyesore. What is the point of dumping this on the residents? Are we really that desperate when there is already a KFC just along in the High Street. Have the planners gone mad?????

There is no need for the KFC!! It would ruin the welcoming roundabout to west wickham and probally cause more traffic at peak times. The grounds have such lovely gardens it would be a shame to see these go too.

Not only is this one of the most beautiful sites of old West Wickham but to think of having a monstrosity like KFC built there is a total disgrace!

we don't need any more fast food outlets in the area
This just needs redevelopment back into a decent gastro pub. A drive thru will be ugly and cause gridlock to an already busy road. There are already cars queuing in the road to get in and out of a the nearby McDonalds. We already have a KFC branch in the High Street, another outlet is not desired or a replacement is not required.
