Really Jacksonville, backyard chicken ( legal for 2 years as a test.) But we have no Human Right Laws.
There is the concern diseases. In 2012, a salmonella outbreak started with backyard hens in Ohio. It spread to 27 states, sickening nearly 200 people.
And chicken are gross. Did we mention that.
Help stop this ridiculous ordinance.
Next will be backyard Goats or Cows for the milk .
With this kind of mind set Jacksonville is never going to move forward.
