This is a public safety issue for children and families in the Sycamore and Tam PDk neighborhoods not to mention safe evacuation of townspeople in th event of a fire.

This plan to reduce Miller Ave. to one lane each way will only make matters worse as drivers will have to go from 2 to 1 lane every time they need to use Miller Ave. This is increase traffic back ups and accidents. It will greatly increase the use of neighborhood streets by people trying to avoid lane change lines on Miller.

I am a biker and a driver. We have ample bike lanes to safely ride our bikes in and out of town. We have increasing and unsustainable traffic that is ruining the live-ability of this amazing town. Let's stop ingoring the number one challenge to our town, real estate value and daily living.

Pls keep 2 lanes in each direction. Traffic is bad enough as it is. What happens if there's an emergency (fire in the hills) and a sudden need for egress? Truly a disaster!

Please don't cut down the traffic lanes to at this important intersection. It backs up horribly already to the Tam Junction interchange. This is madness!

With the increased level of traffic that is passing through the downtown area this is not the time to to diminish the number of lanes going out of town. It does not make sense especially since most of the bicycling traffic only happens on the weekends.

Why change it when it has worked for years. Construction has disrupted traffic so that people have avoided Miller but that will not continue. Just because it was not at maximum capacity use all the time doesn't mean the lanes should be reduced and CREATE a max capacity situation. If you need to experiment, experiment with the way it was before construction - 2 lanes. Thank you.
Don't spend my tax money on another study after this has been passed years ago. Where's the political process after it has been passed and now doesn't count?

Miller Ave. is one of only TWO egresses out of Mill Valley. Congestion is a constant problem. We need two lanes in and out on Miller. Abandon this proposal to reduce Miller to a single lane!

Please honor the public process: the work, over the past 10+ years, by MV residents to come up with carefully considered decisions re: Miller Avenue.

Please keep two lanes in each direction the entire length. Restricting traffic will not make everyone get out of their car and onto a bike, carpool or walk. Regards,

Please keep 2 lanes on Miller so that we can get and keep good traffic flow. Traffic is awful here.

I'm shocked at the arrogance of a governing body who will do everything in its power to deny its constituency rights and privileges citing codes and laws as the reasoning, but who yourselves ignore the very same mandates. It's shocking. And you should be fired. Of course hypocrisy is nothing new to the ilk.

How about we quit trying to make things "Cute" and make them so they Work Well Instead.
Frustrated 20 year homeowner here...And thinking of selling if things continue to get worse...

This one lane is ridiculous. Why create more congestion?! It'll cost over $110,000 to put it BACK to 2 lanes if one is not successful!!!!!
