Mill Valley, with its Sunday Parking meters and now this additional traffic congestion in favor of some mythological bike transit is now off my shopping list. Businesses all over Mill Valley are dying because of the shortsightedness and idiocy promoted by the council.

Please keep 2 lanes. Your priority should be to solve the problem of ever worsening traffic congestion!

Please do not reduce the capacity of miller in the parkway thereby ignoring all the Comminity imput the last 8 years. I do not believe the change would be safer for anyone and in many cases might be more dangerous.

Foolish not to restore it to its original condition-- two lanes. If it costs the city money, TOO BAD. They should have not have allowed the change to one lane. Mill Valley needs more roads and lanes for traffic. MV is now a mess and very hard to go from point A to point B.

I have lived in Mill Valley 50 years, we have always had 2 lanes in both directions on Miller Ave. Miller Ave with 2 lanes is NOT a speedway...but allows traffic to move through town efficiently and safely. To create a clog in traffic is counter intuitive to easy going meandering through town.

I support the petition to maintain 2 lanes of traffic in each direction on Miller Ave.

PLEASE do not go through with this process. It will only result in congestion, pollution, frustration and FURTHER degrade the experience of living in Mill Valley

To propose to decrease the number of lanes for cars traveling in and out of town makes absolutely no sense. We Mill Valley residents need two lanes in each direction on Miller if we are to have any success in holding the travel time required to go anywhere in this town to endurable lengths.

Your original plan was to keep Miller Ave. as two lanes. The agreement was made for a reason and I believe it is the right thing to do to keep it that way.

Please be respective of residents in adjacent neighborhoods, who will vulnerable to increased "cut-through", which is often dangerous due to increased speeds by many who are seeking to save time by cutting-through.

I think the city should uphold it's initial decision approved by the majority of keeping Miller 2 lanes in each direction.

To reverse your decision to approve the community-approved Miller Avenue streetscape plan--a decision that was made per a legitimate, administrative process--undermines not only the prescribed governmental processes but also your credibility.

I would agree to this if there was also a downtown shuttle that circled regularly around Mill Valley. Otherwise, do not change

Please maintain the much needed second lane! I have lived in Mill Valley for 55 years and am distressed to see LESS room for MORE traffic.

I believe the citizens of Mill Valley as well as others visiting MV to work, to shop, etc. will be best served by preserving 2 lanes of traffic on Miller in both directions. This is a basic transportation infrastructure for our town that is already at capacity.
