This is not a good locations for in-n-out, way too close to a residential area.

Horrible idea. Small residential area!

Will create too much congestion, and trash. Not enough good access. Dangerous for nearby child daycare. The shoup off ramp is already enough problem as it is.

I have nothing against In and Out Burger, but this proposed location would be disastrous for our neighborhood. Very poor planning having only one driveway for entering and exiting. It would cause a traffic nightmare and safety issues for the surrounding neighborhoods. Please rethink this flawed plan.

Bad place for an In n Out

Ventura Blvd is already dangerous with all of the fast food restaurants already there, plus based on my visits to the Topanga location, I would hate this kind of business to have the same affect on the quiet side streets in our neighborhood.

We do not need the increased traffic and congestion.

I would prefer In N Out not open a location there.

Who from the city, in and out or the properties owner will attend the first funeral and say in front of the morning community the money they wish to make is worth more than the life of a local child or adult.

This will be a huge mess! Please don’t put In N Out at this location.

We are a tight knit Neighborhood , and we do not support in and out at this location. The cut through traffic and congestion this will cause will ruin the neighborhood.

We do not need another fast food place in our neighborhood! It would be an absolute mistake ruining our neighborhoods having cars going through late at night. We don’t need any more headaches!

It will be very invasive to the quiet peaceful neighborhood.

I fear for my new teen driver, and I fear for my pre-teen on her scooter. I am terrified for the elderly in our neighborhood who love their walks. I’m worried for all of the families and individuals who walk their dogs. And what about the young moms taking a their baby out for a stroll? But the thing that kills me, the singular thought keeping me up at night, are the kids who live on my very street. There are six boys on my street all under the age of seven. And we live on a street that is habitually the street people use to cut through and avoid traffic. Putting an In n Out in this small neighborhood is a demonstrative example of valuing money over anything else. This is NOT the right location for this business. There are 3 different plots of land that are all within a mile, or just over a mile, from this site that would all work. Again, I think anyone who is making a decision for this should come here to see what we know. We have no sidewalks. No streetlights. We are a small, quiet community that cannot handle this kind of additional traffic. If this is approved, you should all be forced to attend the funerals of every pedestrian murdered by an In n Out customer.

My kids go to the school across the street. I would not want randoms in the area where toddlers and babies are around.

I am against in n out because they will not address or acknowledge the cut- through issue
