All you have to do is visit the In N Out on Ventura Blvd. in Tarzana to see that the Drive in Window traffic spills onto the street and fully blocks one lane for a big distance, It will be the same here, but worse.

In N Out is a great company but they don't belong in our neighborhood. They need to find a location that doesn't drive additional traffic through narrow residential streets. Our kids are the most important.

I live a couple of blocked away from where this proposed In n Out is supposed to go up. My wife, kids and I walk around the block for our afternoon break and there are no sidewalks in our streets. The traffic that will be generated by this restaurant will pose danger to me, my wife and kids due to the heavy traffic that will be invading our local streets. I vehemently oppose the proposed building of a drive through In n Out in our quiet, walk friendly neighborhood.

The pollution from cars idling during open hours is a Hazard to those that live so close, especially children, the elderly, and those with asthma.

We need our city officials to mandate the correct traffic flow report. If our city officials do not we need to call on in and out to still do a neighborhood traffic control report to see the impact on the neighborhood. we should also contact all of the neighbors from the Topanga location to get their feedback on how their lives have been impacted because of the In-N-Out in that neighborhood. I truly feel access to Ventura boulevard from Capistrano will be blocked. We've all seen the lines that stretch way beyond the location. It may even be difficult to get into the gas station from Ventura boulevard. Pedestrian traffic on Capistrano was also a huge concern. Capistrano is used as a thoroughfare already. Many parents use it to gain access to the woodland hills private school. I can only imagine the traffic we are going to have with the new high school coming online Capistrano and Oxnard.

The In-N-Out at the corner of Ventura & Capistrano will be detrimental to the safety and wellbeing of our neighborhood. We would be in favor of it going into the vacant property at Ventura & Rigolleto (north side of the Ventura Blvd) as there is less traffic flow and no residential neighborhood abutting the property.
