Though I love In& Out, this is not a good site for a new one. It will generate too much traffic. With the drive entrance and exit at one place, it will generate too much traffic in the neighborhood for those who want to travel East from the site.

Woodland Hills has become overcrowded, unsightly, overrun with homelessness, this would only further the disintegration of what was once a lovely Garden Spot

Poor location and too close to residential. Historically, this business leads to large amount of traffic through the neighborhood creating noise, litter, and other issues. Late hours would equal the possibility of impaired drivers, further creating pedestrian and safety issues.

I live 1 minute away, i would not like this many cars in my quiet neighborhood, I think it's a bad location, so many other locations around, not in a residential area.

Please do now allow in n out to build a location there. It will contest the area even more. And it’s a terrible place for the long lines they have. They need a more appropriate location, that could accommodate their clientele

We have lived here at Berdon & Capistrano for 25 years. Our streets have no sidewalks & street lamps. PLEASE consider another location that would not need to impact as much as in a residential Neighborhood. Thank you
