The site is inadequate, it abuts backyards, hours exceed the LA municipal code requiring biz closing at 5pm not 1-1:30am; 14% window area is inadequate on a commercial corner (50% is required) is a safety issue; exiting west-only will drive cars through the neighborhood that has narrow streets without sidewalks or streetlights. Relocate this build in High Density Zone such as Warner Center where it should be! NOT HERE. Significant Negative Impact on the RA-1 community.

hundreds and hundreds of unfamiliar drivers navigating our streets (with no sidewalks) on a daily basis is a recipe for disaster and deadly accidents.

This is a terrible idea, increased neighborhood traffic, random people eating in their cars in front of our homes, trash tossed out of cars into our properties & streets, let alone the noise pollution from a burger joint until 1:30am. Outrageous!

This plan does not prioritize traffic flow or community safety. In-n-Out is notorious for clogging up streets with traffic.

I love in and out but this is not the right place for their restaurant! The traffic in the tight street neighborhood would be dangerous to the families/kids and in the immediate area .
