This could be the beginning of a negative transformation of this strip of Ventura Blvd considering the easy freeway access. Terrible idea

No to inn n out off Capistrano and Ventura. It will create too much traffic in our area.

I sincerely do not want an in n out in our residential neighborhood. The increase in traffic would completely change our lifestyle, not to mention the danger that it poses to children as they walk on the street. Our streets don’t even have sidewalks in many areas. Also, there is a preschool across the street from where the restaurant desires to be built, and the children and staff have to routinely walk across an alley, as the school is cut into two sections by an alley way. The increase in traffic through that alley can very well kill or injure preschool children.

For all the reasons Dawn mentioned as well as the nightmare it will create at the Shoup and Fallbrook exits on the 101. They are already backed up and dangerous during rush hours, and I worry cars will be stopped on the freeway attempting to exit. I live at Capistrano and Dolorosa - this will ruin the streets along my home, and my neighborhood!

Not in favor, this project should not be allowed. Too many public safety issues - traffic, crime and homeless. For example, the In n Out on Topanga, across from Canoga Park HS, now has transients and homeless camped out on the surrounding streets. Why not Warner Center, it is all commercial and industrial.

I agree that this location is not suitable for this type of business. Your video was very detailed and clearly showed the problems that will occur if this project is approved. The quality of life and safety of the nearby neighborhoods will be severely impacted. Would this In-N-Out be in addition to the one that’s already on Ventura Blvd., near Winnetka Ave.?

This location would severely disrupt our neighborhood traffic flow and could potentially cause a great deal of auto and pedestrian accidents. We have enough In-n-Out burger stands on Topanga+Vanown and Ventura+Winnetka. These are enough!!!1

Putting an In-N-Out Burger where the car wash is located (@ Ventura & Capistrano is an absolute debacle!

There are more suitable locations for IN N Out with better options for outbound vehicles to go east and west on Ventura. A location on the south side of Ventura Blvd would prevent so much cut through traffic.

Wrong location for In N Out. The perfect example is the location on Ventura Blvd. just east of Winnetka - always a traffic nightmare.

this will be a nightmare for the entire area; west valley is becoming junk -- and fast -- this will only add to it
