This is dangerous and not appropriate for a neighborhood without side walks. There are far too many other locations that have adequate parking, and entrance & exits that can enhance the business and not cause undue stress and great possibility of DANGER to a residential neighborhood. Especially on a street where there’s a preschool. This is great for a commercial area and will be far more successful. Make it a win win for all and relocate your In & Out!

we don't need another in the Valley. Part of the allure of In-N-Out to me is you can't get it on every corner. and the area is already too crowded on Ventura BLvd.

Way too much commercial development going on in Woodland Hills; traffic is bad enough.

This is a horrible location and the ingress/egress is absurd. What on earth was the designer thinking? Watch 5 minutes at other locations and you'll see the chaos that ensues. Take it 3 blocks west where the density and traffic is less enough that it will enhance Ventura Blvd., not destroy it. Thank you.

I love In-N-Out, but this location buts up against a sleepy residential area which can not support, the increased traffic and noise. Please move the plan to the closed Bank of America building further down Ventura Blvd.

My children attend Child’s World School and this area is ALREADY a nightmare. This addition would greatly affect my children and me negatively.

This location is I’ll equipped and not suitable to take on the traffic. It will be detrimental to the surrounding neighborhood. There is no reason to load up the surrounding neighborhoods with this type of traffic. In and out should find another piece of property that would be conducive to what the needs are.

This is a poor location choice for this project. I love In n Out, but this neighborhood cannot handle the traffic associated with In n Out. There are minimal sidewalks and narrow streets where the traffic will be flowing in and out of the restaurant, making it very dangerous for the children and pedestrians walking through the neighborhood.

I live on Sale ave at Berdon. I have two small children. We already have cars breaking speed limits and rolling through stops in order to cut through our neighborhood. I’ve personally witnessed 3 accidents over the last few years. I hear cars engines rev up in order to just get down the street at as fast as possible all day long. Our bedrooms are about 12’ from the street. In n out will make both of these issues significantly by volume and extending the occupancies late into the night. We’ve had our catalytic converter stolen of the bottom of our car which totaled the vehicle. It’s almost guaranteed that more cars needing to park in the neighborhood in order to avoid there jammed parking lot is going to increase crime on the streets. I pick up Wendy’s wrappers constantly from people eating in front of my house that just throw it out the window. I can guarantee this will be increased dramatically if In n Out is there. All that said we think this is a good neighborhood with families and kind people walking the streets. It’s a terrible idea to endanger them and drive them out by exacerbating the issues that we already face. In N Out will uniquely make our issues worse. I love there burgers and the establishment in general just not what it would do to this community.

Very dangerous and unsafe for our neighborhood.

A dangerous traffic location, just as the Starbucks at DeSoto and Ventura is. Long lines of cars waiting to drive in and multiple cars driving east on Ventura Blvd., cross the double yellow line to make a left turn into the single driveway for Starbucks.

As a resident in the neighborhood behind where this location would be I cringe at This idea. Our neighborhood would be flooded with traffic from this.

ONLY way this makes sense is with a robust ingress/egress plan (additional traffic light, crosswalk, etc). Without this, traffic movement will create a nightmare!

DO NOT BUILD THIS. THERE IS A PERFECTLY GOOD EMPTY SPOT DOWN THE WAY!!!! THIS IS NOT THE NEIGHBORHOOD WE WANT!!! WE LIKE OUR QUIET LITTLE AREA!!!
