Safety is the concern. The addition of up to 1,000 cars a day will add to serious unsafe conditions for all who live in this area. Remember, stupidity is contagious.

This plan, along with "Reimagine Ventura Blvd", with it's one lane for driving, bike lanes, and reverse diagonal parking, is a nightmare in the making. NO to In-n-Out!

It’s a bad concept for the traffic flow, neighborhood and businesses!

There is another In-N-Out a few miles away on Ventura blvd. The drive through during lunch or dinner time is so long that the entrance and exit to the other shopping centers are blocked. This establishment could create much unneccesary traffic. The plan needs to include their detailed strategies to have absolutely no cars line the streets.

The LA Municipal Code that applies to that Car Wash property requires closure of business by 5pm daily. In N Out is open until 1AM all days except Fri Sat until 1:30AM. In-N-Out would have to get a change to the Code. NO. The Code protects the abutting neighborhood

I am concerned about the traffic and noise implications not to mention added emissions from idling cars.

This neighborhood does not need the traffic or dangerous exit onto Ventura Blvd. There is an In-N-Out just a few miles to the East on the same street. Build it somewhere else.

Since the opening of The Habit on Ponce and Ventura, our small neighborhood has had to contend with with the haze of smoke and smell of grease that emanates from their rooftop venting system. Depending upon wind direction and speed it can travel as far as where I am on Dolorosa. If you combine that with the escalating accumulation of trash found in the alleys and streets discarded by patrons of Starbucks, Wendy's, Jersey Mikes, The Habit, and Jack-in-the-box, and Dominos and the car traffic on each cross street the situation is untenable. An establishment the size and popularity of this In-n-Out which comes with the added issue of inundating this very small bedroom community - north/south Mariano, Clarendon, Dolorosa, Berdon and east/west Ponce, Sale, Capistrano - with speeding cars, and idling cars for those waiting to order or diners eating in after receiving food, and employees using our already over taxed parking situation thoroughly unacceptable at the very mildest.

The traffic study done for this project is very flawed!! A U turn at Sale and Ventura Blvd for that many cars each day is a traffic disaster. That many cars using the side streets to get there and go back home is extremely dangerous with no sidewalks for residents.
