NO! I've live in this area for over 40+ years, the traffic flow and patterns, the congestion caused by the excessively long car lines mixed with pedestrian traffic would create a traffic nightmare at this location. This is NOT a good idea. Move it down to the end of the Boulevard by the Bowling Alley near the Woodlake freeway on-ramp, that would be a more reasonable location. Not right in the middle of this neighborhood!!!!

As much as I love In-N-Out, building it in the area so close to residential area with no proper road infrastructure, creates great hazard to the kids in the neighborhood.

Developing an in-n-out burger in that location would be a disaster!
To the community, no sidewalks around there. The community Cant imagine a fast food chain would want the liability as accidents will increase.

Absolutely against this development in this particular location. It will be the demise of our neighborhood! There are so many health and safety issues which I will not list here but this is definitely not an improvement to our immediate community but rather a dangerous step in the wrong direction. Please consider another location that does not endanger the peace, health and safety of a neighborhood! (Exp., BofA/property at Fallbrook & Ventura)?
