Another In n Out is a great idea but needs to be in a better location that won’t cause unnecessary traffic thru residential streets that have no sidewalks!

We loove In-N-Out, but this location is terrible. It will bring a lot of homeless, traffic in our neighborhood. Also, it's too close to the houses. And exits from 101 to Shoup and to Fallbrook are too short. Cars gonna stuck there making dangerous situations in freeway exists

We can understand the concern regarding traffic in he Neighborhood. When the WAZ app directed drivers to use OXNARD STREET AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO VENTURA Blvd. it has caused excessive auto and truck activity thru our Neighborhood which does not have sidewalks for people to walk on and has an Elementary school one block off of Oxnard (Calvert Elementary), Speeding cars, in spite of speed bumps, is excessive as well. Littering has increased significantly .

I am opposed to this use of this property for an In-n-Out Burger for all the reasons cited by the neighbors who will be directly impacted.
