I moved to Statham because it is a beautiful small town, with history. I think our town will lose that with housing communities. If anything, maybe build a few little shopping boutiques.

I live on wall rd and really think building a lot of homes would be bad. I left Gwinnett county because it was busy. And really like my country living.

We need single family homes that have buyers, not renters. We need the extra tax money rather than drains in our infrastructure, schools, and increased traffic congestion. I did not buy here to have my property devalues.

We don’t need more subdivision our schools are over crowded our roads have more traffic now then they can handle NO SUBDIVISION

In appropriate for the density of this semi rural area of the county. Traffic and environmental issues will increase decreasing the livability of the area for the citizens. Bad idea.

No apartments, and stop turning Barrow into the next Gwinnett or DeKalb. Most of us like it the way it is

Do not put this in my backyard!!!! The school system can’t handle this as well as the police department and the traffic in town with wall rd going to end before it gets to 316. This is not good for anyone that lives in Statham!
