I would hate to have this right behind my house! Our schools in statham can’t handle more kids! As well as the water and sewage systems!

This area does not need that many townhomes in one spot. Statham is known for small town community. This will bring more crime to the city .

Stop lowering property values, and overburdening the county infrastructure & school system!

Please do not continue with this. This city/town can not handle such a massive over population so fast. Our schools, our roads, our water system, it’ll all get worse.

I will not re-elect those in office that continue to destroy this small town community. Choose wisely.

This will destroy our small quiet community! The schools, water system and roads.

There is no way our schools or infrastructure can handle the level of growth being pushed This will be the next Dacula if these developments are passed.

I oppose this rezoning that would allow for high density housing development.

Please do not approve this type zoning for the following reasons The narrow roads will be dangerous and congested The school system cannot accommodate the student explosion 3 houses per acre requiring septic systems

Let's not make Barrow County into another Gwinnett. Also, most of the roads will be difficult to expand. The Developers should also be required to pay for changes to the infrastructure like; roads, schools and fresh water. Don't give them tax breaks, make them pay to build here.
