Too much traffic as is. With newly added high density and zoning changes can bring additional hazards in daily life. Please do not make any changes.

We already have stretched and overloaded the infrastructure. By approving this will deteriorate the condition. M/I Homes cares about making money by selling and taking the advantage of the ripple effect of property value. The take it and walk out. So, I strongly oppose and consider the effect of it in future.
