This area schools are already crowded. Building high density homes in this area will degrade the quality of kids education and quality of living.
I strongly oppose high density housing in this area.

I certainly disagree with this zoning change. It is utterly irresponsible to propose these changes without thinking through on the schooling, traffic and other changes that this requests. Our schools are already overcrowded especially the Metea and Nequa Valley lately, these type of irresponsible decisions and later requesting increases in property taxes to pay for another new high school is not the path forward. I am strongly against this change

The city must care to notify every homeowner at least within a half mile radius. Not just to people living within 250 feet. So current residents can be aware and express their view.
