While it perhaps justified to increase parking space for golf carts in proximity to the ferry pier, I am not sure if this could not be done without sacrificing open lawn space inside DBRC, especially considering the substantial development planned for the area.

HKR does not speak for or represent DB residents on development issues. HKR claims this golf cart park would benefit all DB residents, but the reality is, only 2% of residents have golf carts. The golf cart park could be located to the new bus station, providing a convenient solution both for HKR and that 2% of golf cart owners.

1) I am a DBRC menber and opposed to having this golf cart in the lawn area that is used for so many activities.
2) The location is not beneficial even to golf cart owners as it is much further away from the check out counter at Park & Shop (Fusion). The golf carters will need to walk a long distance to reach the parking area.

Leave our grass alone. Park the golf carts where the internal buses and trucks park up overnight. Then find a new park for buses and trucks - how about the concrete slab next to the fire station for them? We pay a lot of money for that grass - we like it!!!!

I oppose the proposal of yhe management. I do not eant the lawn to be chaned into a parking lot. I do not think that will brnefit us the residents.
