I'm club member and I also use a golf cart and don't see the sense of building a car park in the only green area of DBRC. How can people play tennis or enjoy the pool with the noise and fumes of golf carts. This is not for the benefits of the members or our community. No to to the parking at the lawn area of DBRC

The concerns still remain.
Players and Swimmers( including toddlers and children!!!) would have to inhale fumes from exhaust pipes of GolfCarts when playing tennis or swimming!!!!!

It's ridiculous to turn the common lawn area to golf cart parking space. We don't need golf cart parking space in the club. I've been a club member for more than 10 years. Thinking about quitting membership now.

We object to the constant downsizing of amenities for DB residents. The DBRC lawn should not be turned into a car park.

I am not sure how HKR processes city design in DB. However, they should invite some residents in the process of such design influencing us. (Including the new DB plaza, too) The new design of the golf court parking would destroy current quiet atmosphere of the tennis courts. It should be either making a very small parking area close to the club house or if it is truly for the member's only, HKR should redesign current parking area next to court 7 & 11. They could also consider using the space next to the fire station if it is for a commercial use.
