Not a member of the club but can see the benefits having green space brings to the community. Golf cart parking brings very little benefit to 99.75% of DB residents.

We totally disagree with this.
I am a Club Member, and pay every month for the club. This is Club land which is being taken over by a private profit making firm - HKRI.
