1) Why does the village need to sale the land now? Are we broke? What will those funds be used for? 2) Why is the price so low? Gas station operators have paid a lot more in past. In 1991, I sold to a major gas company land in a commercial area for $1.1 million. 3) not doing an environmental impact is just plain stupid. 4) how do we know that we will not need to buy this site again. The buyer should agree that if they ever go out of business or cause for environmental problems, the village can rebuy the property for the sales price and fix the environmental problem...ALL SECURED BY A $1.0 MILLION Letter of Credit issued to the Village from a major bank like JPMORGAN CHASE.

Our children are our future! Did you notice, that there are 2 schools within 500 feet?! It has huge impact on the environment, air we breath, water we drink, our health in general!!!! Shame on you!!!

This is a complete let down of local governance. No special permit should be used against the united will of the neighboring people.

I didn't move my family to this city, taxes and all to have a massive gas station go in around the corner from where my kids will be going to school starting this year. Property values could be affected by this as well as the things listed on this page.

I strongly oppose the addition of this gas station, convenience and liquor store. This area has number of stores that currently sell these products and an additional store will not better serve the community. It will add traffic congestion on to an already busy intersection that is closely located near a school.

This is a HUGE safety concern for my children going to school and coming home. It's already difficult for them to cross over 5 corners!

This is a ridiculous idea to put a gas station across from the beautiful little park. It will take away from the look of our beautiful town. Five corners is already a scary place to cross the street with my children. Too much traffic and this will add to the traffic. Terrible idea!!!!

This one makes no sense to me. Buy the land, clean it up, and sell it for less than the cost of the land and cleanup? Open space has intrinsic value. It is not in the community's interest to see a gas station on that corner. Hold out for a better tenant or keep it open space but a gas station is a terrible idea
