The open green space and residential feel is the primary reason we moved to Colleyville. The "misuse" of this beautiful open space for a commercial development is both unacceptable and irresponsible. We strongly oppose any commercialization of the open soccer fields. - Neeraj and Lux Badhey

This a residential area and this was never in the master plan for this area. Glade and Roberts Roads already have enough traffic without adding more. An assisted living facility is a misuse of this open space.

I live in Fox Meadows. I strongly oppose the rezoning of the soccer fields at the corner of Glade Rd and Roberts Rd. There is already too much traffic on both of these roads and it is difficult to turn from Roberts on to Glade as it is. Also, this is the not the right location for this type of facility. Colleyville needs to preserve its green spaces and this type of facility should not be allowed to be built in the middle of single family homes.

Taking out the soccer fields and adding giant building will kill the residential feel of that neighborhood corner and we all lose a great place for our kids to play sports.

Traffic! It's already too difficult to turn on Glade from Roberts as it is. This would make it an even more dangerous intersection.

It will create too much traffic and reduce our property values

I am for sure in opposition to the proposed re-zoning request currently under consideration by the City of Colleyville Planning & Zoning Committee to turn the existing soccer fields on Glade and Roberts Rd. into a large for profit commercial retirement living facility by Covenant Church.

the plans have changed and I am afraid they will constantly change again. This will cause a mess in a residential area with two lane roads that access the property.
