I live in the Brook Meadows neighborhood. The soccer field has always been a pleasant sight while driving along the heavily residential Glad road. Love seeing the soccer practices going on there almost every night. I cannot imagine replacing it with concrete buildings.

Kids need a place to play. The park has hosted soccer practice / games for many many kids for a long time. There are plenty of other properties to put a retirement home. leave it as it.

The commercial facility does not seem to fit or be appropriate for the existing residential heavy area. This development also seems to differ from the City of Colleyville's intended use for the land as outlined in their Master Plan - Future Land Use Map.

Would hate to see the soccer fields turned into commercial use!!! With all the new buildings going up all over our area it's giving the kid's and Families less places to go play. There's got to be another place to build the center. I'm all for growth but sometimes it's not beneficial.
