There are other places for commercial property besides our neighborhood. I am very opposed to this

Roberts and Glade road can't handle more development. Roberts road is narrow and dangerous and turning into glade is already a nightmare. In rush hour Glade can be backed up all the way from pool.

This proposed commercial facility is totally inappropriate for this beautiful residential area of Colleyville. I have lived in a housing development off of Roberts Road for 15 years and watched the traffic volume increase alarmingly along this portion of Glade. become extr

While most of us realize, the Church will eventually have something else on the soccer fields (assuming this doesn't pass), this is definitely not the place for a commercial establishment--one that will generate more traffic than a housing development (even a more condensed development) and that traffic would include more EMT & fire trucks.

There is not enough room in that area for another development. There will be new, large homes just across Roberts Road from this proposed development. That road CAN NOT handle any more traffic.
