Say NO to Glade & Roberts Rd. Soccer Field Re-Zoning! - Oppose Commercial Assisted Living Facility on Glade Road

I am strongly opposed to a commercial assisted living facility on Glade road.

I live in Fox Meadows Neighborhood next door and do not support this re-zoning!!

I strongly oppose this rezoning request. The current plan that was presented to the P&Z committee does not seem to take into consideration the current traffic and parking requirements.

This land is not zoned for this and has nothing to do with a church. It will create a tremendous amount of traffic on Roberts Road and add to traffic issues on Glade. Glade was not expanded so you cannot possibly justify a business added. That housing development is going in at some point on Roberts and that will add too much congestion already!

Opposed to high density uses such as this proposed facility!

The traffic on Glade Rd as well as Roberts is already a nightmare. The last thing that area needs is additional traffic particularly given the reluctance of the City of Colleyville to fully widen that stretch of Glade road.

I oppose this rezoning. Additional traffic on Glade and we don't want a commercial building next to our subdivisions.

The traffic at Glade and Roberts is already a nightmare, especially with school in session. When the new housing development across Roberts begins, it will be even worse.

Our poorly neglected Roberts Road would be unable to support the additional traffic that would result from this facility in addition to the new housing development that has not even started construction as yet. I am opposed to the rezoning.

I would like to see this retirement home built closer to a hospital. I do not support building the retirement home in the area in question on this petition.

Commercial use of this property will add to the already growing traffic congestion in the area and eliminate one of the few remaining "green" areas. 3240 Shady Glen Dr., Grapevine
