Help our law abiding students get into college before the criminal ones.

I am not in favor of all day pre-K either. Parents can pay for nursery school if they want it.

Honest students struggle to pay their loans, why should a former inmate be allowed to walk away with a free education???

Let them get a dictionary and look up the word recidivism. No way should we pay for their education.

My children and grandchildren have had to pay thousands of dollars for their education...I don't think providing an education for prisoners is appropriate...rehibilation is appropriate

Dear Governor Cuomo, I think it is a great idea to give free college classes to state prison inmates and you can certainly do that with YOUR OWN MONEY, NOT OUR TAX DOLLARS! There is a difference you know.

Absolutely no! We have many young people who should receive a free college education WITHOUT having to be sent to prison!!

We need to start rewarding the working class who can barely make ends meet anymore. We will be moving out of this area as soon as my youngest graduates because we simply cannot afford it and we have decent jobs.
